Education
New employees participate in an Orientation Program. This program aims to familiarize them with business processes, our quality policy, and the operations of other departments.
We believe that keeping pace with rapid change in the industry, fostering the sharing of knowledge required by the times, and thus maintaining corporate competitiveness can only be achieved through training. To this end, we conduct two training programs: internal and external seminars.
